We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hotel Indigo for April 18th and April 19th. Please make your reservations by March 19th and reference the Brooks/Emerson wedding. We encourage our guests to arrive at 3:30pm as our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. If you arrive after 4:00pm, you will unfortunately not be allowed to enter until the ceremony is concluded.

While we love your little ones, we are keeping our special day as an adult only occasion. Due to the capacity limits of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation.

Yes, parking will be available. However, no cars are to be left overnight. Please drink responsibly, or Uber/Lyft if needed!

Yes, transportation will be provided for hotel guests to and from the venue. A shuttle bus will depart from Hotel Indigo at 3:00PM and will return for pick up at 10:00PM.
